From Learning Lebanese to Teaching French

For the founder of Voyëlia, her passion for foreign languages has always been her driving force. She initially studied Levantine Arabic (Lebanese and literary Arabic) at INALCO in Paris, but her journey took an unexpected turn when she embarked on a three-semester university exchange program at USEK University in Lebanon. It was there that she discovered the special place French holds in the hearts of Lebanese people and their impressive ability to switch from Arabic to French and even English in the same sentence! As she began teaching French online for the first time in early 2021, all the way from Lebanon, a question came to her mind: what if language could be a vehicle for achievement?

From Learning to Teaching

With a university degree and Master’s, Nathanaëlle has developed a unique approach to making her lessons accessible, interactive and fun. She began her career with children: “They enjoy learning a language that adults sometimes find very difficult!”. Soon her methods proved equally effective with adults.

What makes our founder so special is her love of teaching, her extraordinary creativity, and her skillful use of new educational technologies. She knows how to make her lessons come to life in rder to captivate her students and to create an authentic connection with each and every one of them.

From Classroom Curiosity to Entrepreneurial Skills

After completing her Master’s degree online from Lebanon, distance became an asset rather than a challenge for the aspiring entrepreneur. Her passion for entrepreneurship ignited after developing an expertise in teaching French as a Foreign Language, French for Specific Purposes and French for Academic Purposes, in both educational and business environments. So, driven by her boundless curiosity (another valuable asset), she embarked on a journey to create an online language school and professional training organization. This entrepreneurial venture not only allows her to work from anywhere, but also gives her students the skills to explore the world at their leisure, whether it’s traveling to a faraway country or working at their dream company, wherever it may be.

From Books to Screens

Since she was a student, Nathanaëlle has dedicated herself to teaching, inviting everyone to immerse themselves in the wonders of the French language with a screen to guide them.
